'Except' jise इक्सेप्ट ya एक्सेप्ट kahte sakte hain ye apki choice h.But ham yahan bat karenge is word se related confusion and kuch doubts ki, sabse pahle jan lete hain iske use ki to iska use 'siwaye ya ilawa' k sense men hota h.

👉 I ate all the fruits except the apple.(मैंने सेब को छोड़कर सारे फल खा लिये।)

👉 I work every day except Sunday.(मैं रविवार को छोड़कर हर दिन काम करता हूँ।)

 

Ek bat aur siwaye ya ilawa k sense men aap 'But not' ka bhi use kar sakte hain.

For example:

👉 Everyone came but not Rahul.

👉 I ate all the fruits but not the apple.

👉 I work every day but not Sunday.

4. Remember:

"Accept" = किसी चीज़ को अपनाना।

"Except" = किसी चीज़ को हटाना/छोड़ना।
